Zignago Vetro and Coop Noncello: a partnership that highlights the importance of people.

The collaboration between Zignago Vetro and Coop Noncello began in 2018 and, today, involves 12 people who work in crucial jobs within our production facility. This is a concrete example of virtuous integration, demonstrating how investing in the abilities of each single individual can generate real value for the company and its local community.

The Coop Noncello team’s contribution is concentrated mainly in the area of visual inspection, a crucial step for guaranteeing the quality of our products. But the added value goes well beyond this: this partnership helps to create a positive, safe and hospitable working environment, in which productivity combines with an ethical approach.
