Innovation, sustainability and quality: these are the keywords that guided our participation at Schneider Electric’s Innovation Talk on 7th May, an event dedicated to redesigning the energy-related panorama of the glass industry.
The focus of our speech was the H2GLASS project. By means of implementing hydrogen combustion in the glassmaking process, we aim to transform our production operations and so reduce environmental impact to a minimum, but without giving up the habitual standard of quality of our final products.
We look towards the future with a clear objective: to demonstrate that excellence in manufacturing and respect for our planet can – and must – go hand in hand.
This is a procedure for reporting offenses, with reference to violations of which one has become aware in the workplace regarding:
Protection of the whistleblower implies a guarantee of confidentiality regarding the person reporting, prevention of any retaliatory acts, and allowance for a just cause for revealing secrets that will therefore exonerate the worker from any civil or penal responsibility.
Such protection ceases in the case of unfounded reports based on willful misconduct or gross negligence. In this regard, there will also be sanctions for those who are found responsible for the torts of defamation or calumny.
