Zignago Vetro Polska recently concluded the first edition of “The Glass School”, an educational project carried out in collaboration with the no. 2 Tadeusz Kosciuszko School Complex in Garwolin and devoted to training glass industry professionals of the future.
The school
The initiative, which took place in March and April, offered students from the technical colleges an immersion in the world of industrial glass production.
Thanks to practical lessons and workshops, the participants were able to learn all about technical aspects such as glass blowing, quality control, lacquering and electrical systems. The program also dealt with crucial topics such as ESG, career guidance, and preparation for the jobs market of the future.
A new edition has already been planned for the beginning of the new school year, and we can’t wait to welcome the new students.
This is a procedure for reporting offenses, with reference to violations of which one has become aware in the workplace regarding:
Protection of the whistleblower implies a guarantee of confidentiality regarding the person reporting, prevention of any retaliatory acts, and allowance for a just cause for revealing secrets that will therefore exonerate the worker from any civil or penal responsibility.
Such protection ceases in the case of unfounded reports based on willful misconduct or gross negligence. In this regard, there will also be sanctions for those who are found responsible for the torts of defamation or calumny.
