BUT.MARASCA 60

This is a procedure for reporting offenses, with reference to violations of which one has become aware in the workplace regarding:

• National or European Union laws and regulations;
• the Code of Ethics;
• significant illicit conduct with regard to Italian Law no. 231 of 2001;
• the Zignago Vetro Group’s Code of Conduct.

Protection of the whistleblower implies a guarantee of confidentiality regarding the person reporting, prevention of any retaliatory acts, and allowance for a just cause for revealing secrets that will therefore exonerate the worker from any civil or penal responsibility.

Such protection ceases in the case of unfounded reports based on willful misconduct or gross negligence. In this regard, there will also be sanctions for those who are found responsible for the torts of defamation or calumny.
